Terms of Use (End-User License Agreement)
Last updated 2026-11-03
These terms apply to everyone who uses eFlowsIQ, the business operations platform made by Accrualis (“we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you use eFlowsIQ for. A written agreement between Accrualis and your company takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Your licence
While your company subscribes, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use eFlowsIQ for your company's internal business. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, try to reach another company's data, or use eFlowsIQ to break the law.
Accounts
Your company's administrator invites users and decides their access. Keep your password private and tell your administrator at once if you think your account has been used by someone else. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your company's data
Your company owns the records it keeps in eFlowsIQ and the data in its QuickBooks company. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your company is responsible for the accuracy of what it records and for having the right to record it.
QuickBooks Online
eFlowsIQ connects to QuickBooks Online only when your company authorises it, and sends to QuickBooks the documents your company finishes in eFlowsIQ. QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc. and is governed by Intuit's own terms; we are not responsible for QuickBooks itself. Your company can disconnect at any time. eFlowsIQ works out its figures from your records, but your company and its accountant remain responsible for its books, tax filings and financial decisions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep eFlowsIQ available, secure and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell your company in good time before removing anything it relies on.
Limits of liability
eFlowsIQ is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees your company paid for eFlowsIQ in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
Your company may stop using eFlowsIQ at any time, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When your company leaves, we delete or return its records on request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
